Telvidian Shop buttons

Assistive technology for watching TV

One press.
Their show.

Telvidian makes big, friendly buttons that start a specific show on the TV — one press, every time. For kids and adults who can't use a remote, it's the difference between waiting for help and choosing for themselves.

Works with Roku® TVs and players today. Any-TV and tablet kits are on the way.

Go on — press it.

Watch it work

How it works

  1. Save their shows

On your phone, save the exact shows they love — a YouTube playlist, a Tubi movie, a Pluto channel. Takes about a minute per show.

  2. They press their button

Each big button means one show. The shape and color on the cap tell them which — no reading, no menus, no remote.

Close-up: a hand pressing the pod
  3. The show plays

The TV wakes up, the app opens, and their show starts — verified, every time. If a service throws up a pop-up, Telvidian handles it.

Built for

Kids who can't use remotes

Nonverbal, limited fine motor, or still learning cause and effect — one big press is a skill almost everyone has.

Adults with dementia

When menus stopped making sense, one labeled button still does. Their music, their shows, their choice.

Anyone with limited movement

Large targets, adjustable press behavior, and mounting options. If they can reach it, they can run it.

Why Telvidian exists

My daughter is nonverbal and can't use a remote. For years, someone else decided when her shows started. I'm a software developer, so I built her a button — one press, and her favorite show plays. The first time she did it herself, she looked up to make sure we'd seen. Telvidian is that button, made properly, for every family like ours.

We practice what we sell

This site is set in Atkinson Hyperlegible, a typeface designed for low vision. Every control works by keyboard. Nothing here flashes, auto-plays with sound, or hides behind a hover. If any of it doesn't work for you, that's a bug — tell us.
